Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
* Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and financial standards.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage capital structure, investments, and funding activities.
* Monitor financial performance metrics, profitability, and cash flow management.
* Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit functions.
* Lead financial systems improvements and digitalization of financial operations.
* Partner with business heads to evaluate projects, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.
* Build, mentor, and develop a results-driven finance team.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred.
* At least 10 years’ experience in finance leadership.
* Proven experience with financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
