Role Summary – NetPOS
The Marketing Generalist will manage and execute core marketing activities across brand, digital, content, growth, and performance. This role requires a well-rounded marketer who understands the full marketing stack and can both plan and execute.
You should know “a bit of everything” — and be competent enough to run it or manage it.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and partnerships
• Manage brand messaging, positioning, and consistency across channels
• Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn where applicable)
• Manage content planning, briefs, and basic copy (or agencies where needed)
• Track performance, analyse results, and improve campaigns based on data
• Manage CRM, lead generation, and nurturing flows
• Support product launches, promotions, and GTM initiatives
• Work closely with sales, product, and leadership
Requirements – NetPOS
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in a generalist or growth marketing role
• Hands-on experience across digital, content, performance, and brand
• Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel
• B2B, tech, SaaS, or financial services experience is a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally
Success Measures
• Consistent lead generation and engagement growth
• Campaigns delivered on time and on budget
• Clear reporting on performance and ROI
• Strong alignment between marketing, sales, and product
