Role: Personal Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND

What You’ll Be Doing
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and reminders
Coordinate meetings, prepare briefs, and follow up on tasks
Organize digital files and tools for smooth daily operations
Events & Activations Support
Assist in planning and executing events, brand pop-ups, and internal activities
Handle vendor research, bookings, logistics, and on-site coordination
Capture content and manage post-event reporting
Content Creation & Social Media
Create engaging visual content (images, reels, stories, videos)
Brainstorm ideas, shoot behind-the-scenes footage, and handle basic editing (Canva,CapCut, etc.)
Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support brand storytelling
Growth & Strategy Support
Research trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Assist with email campaigns, influencer outreach, and partnerships
Track performance metrics and suggest creative ideas to drive growth
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative/support roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic content creation & editing skills (Canva,CapCut or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of social media platforms
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Bonus Points If You Have:
Graphic design or video editing experience
Familiarity with social media analytics
Experience working with influencers or communities
