Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Remote Telesales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Pitching recruitment services with clarity and enthusiasm
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
This is a perfect role for someone who loves communicating, persuading, and closing deals — all from the comfort of home.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / HND / BSc
- Minimum 1 year of experience intelesales, telemarketing, or phone-based sales/customer service
- Outstanding verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Resilient, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have a stable internet connection, functional laptop, and a quiet workspace
- Willingness to participate in a once-a-month content creation session
